Fire and Gas Detection System for diverse range of industries and applications. The SUPREMATouch features a large colour touchscreen display with a title-based menu structure to optimize intuitive operation. It can be used with a wide range of detectors for combustible gas, toxic gas and oxygen deficiency. Output options include relays and 4-20 mA outputs.
Remote racks can be connected (satellite structure), which expands control systems and reduces cabling costs. Interfacing to external systems is provided by using Modbus or Profibus. Controller
Monitor up to eight remote gas sensors with the highly accurate wall-mounted GasGard XL Controller. The controller’s large, multi-language LCD display provides real-time readings, offers full-system diagnosis and shows intuitive icons. Housed in durable, fire-retardant ABS plastic, the controller is suitable for a variety of chemical, industrial and waste water environments. The sensor also features a buzzer that sounds up to 85 dB.
9010/9020 LCD
Advanced design and innovative features make the 9010 and 9020 Controllers the top choice for gas-warning systems, monitoring up to 20 channels. The 9010 Controller operates with one independent sensor, while the 9020 operates with two independent sensors per control module. Each module comes with an independent AC/DC power supply for increased system reliability. Both units feature full internal diagnostics, which minimize false alarms and unexpected down time. The controllers can also power remote sensors, while the large four-digit LCD and LED provide such crucial information as gas concentration, alarm status and more. A convenient RS-485 serial interface offers handy printer connection to make a record of data, while a customized transmission protocol Modbus RTU can record serial bus data transmission such as system configuration, gas concentration, alarm and failure events. Designed for use with the Ultima® X Gas Monitor with X3 technology, the pre-programmed ModCon™ 75 Touch Controller features a 7” touchscreen monitor for ease of use. Housed in a rugged, NEMA 4X enclosure, this microprocessor-based system links with up to four remote gas sensors. The large, four-digit LED display shows gas concentration and features four warning relays with one per sensor. The model also comes with four discrete alarm relays. Warning, alarm set-points and full-scale range of the sensor are set at the user-friendly keyboard, while a DC battery connection provides backup stability.

Blender Units
Mixing units are designed to mix incoming products with percentages regulated by control valves and flow transmitters and obtain different products in the output lines that are controlled by control valve and pressure transmitter.
The product entry and exit lines are enabled by motorized solenoid valves.
The control system is usually performed by others and is connected to all components of the skate using cables connected directly from the instrument to the remote panel or through interposed junction boxes. The system can be equipped with three gas sensors and a signaling horn.
Metering Skids
The Measuring Skid consists of a metal structure on which pipes, ball valves, butterfly control valves, pressure safety valves, pressure gauges, drainage system, field instrumentation and auxiliary equipment have been installed.
Part of the ball valves are equipped with electric dips to allow automated flow control and operation setting.
All valves are DBB designed to provide double insulation.
The instrumentation consists of a flow meter, pressure transmitter, temperature transmitters and a controller batch.

Hydraulically actuated valve actuators are the primary application of HPU SITES. SITES offers a complete hydraulic system designed to operate any number of valves from a single control center.
Hydraulic power is ideal for applications requiring valve modulation, regulation or on/off service. And, with accumulator backup, SITES hydraulic power units provide the perfect solution for emergency stop and fail-safe applications.
